Dental Health Services has developed this eLearning package in accordance with the requirements contained under NSQHS Standard 3, Criteria 3.18.1. This package is aimed at staff who are either responsible for the supervision of reprocessing of reusable medical devices, or those directly responsible for the reprocessing of these items.

Dental Health Services in collaboration with the Oral Health Centre WA (OHCWA) have developed this e Learning Package. This package provides staff with an outline of the principles of aseptic technique and its application within the dental setting.

This eLearning package has been developed to provide registered clinicians with guidance on the creation and maintenance of accurate clinical records to ensure that patients are provided with safe and a standardised continuity of care within DHS clinics.
