The aim of the Antineoplastic drug administration course (ADAC) is to enable Registered Nurses to develop competence in the safe administration and handling of antineoplastic drugs.

The course was developed by the Cancer Institute NSW and is implemented by local health care facilities. ADAC was designed to meet the competencies developed by the Cancer Institute NSW which in turn, align with the competencies from the national framework for cancer nursing developed by The National Cancer Education Project.
