This program is designed to provide information about mentorship and be used as an adjunct to a face-to-face mentorship workshop.  At the conclusion of this program the mentor will be able to:

• Describe and differentiate between coaching, mentoring and preceptorship models.
• Describe how to commence the mentor-mentee relationship.
• Describe how the mentor-mentee relationship may be maintained in an ongoing capacity within professional boundaries.
• Identify when mentees are experiencing crises and refer them to appropriate support services.
• Identify and overcome challenges in the relationship.
• Describe when and how to terminate the mentor-mentee relationship.
